What is a clinical Nutritionist

A Clinical Nutritionist is someone with a Bachelor Degree qualification who underwent clinical training.
A Clinical Nutritionist has an evidence based as well as holistic approach to treatment. This means taking into consideration of the whole person as well as connecting things from a biomedical perspective.  

What is the cost?

Initial Consultation: $135

Standard Consultation: $90

Included in this price also factors in time for individualised care plans, dietary analysis, further research, and any extra work needed for your case.
 

How many visits will I need?

The answer to this will vary between individuals. This will be monitored from appointment to appointment.
I believe it is important to support patients for as long as they need and also to refer or end treatment when the time is right. What is of upmost importance is that you are getting the right support and care for you!

How can you help me?

This will vary between individuals and what you are presenting with.
However, I aim to benefit everyone by looking at each patient on an individualised personal level and exploring the complexities of their case to create a treatment and treatment plan specific to their needs in order to improve their health & wellbeing.
 

How long does a consultation take?

An initial consultation can take anywhere between 40 minutes to 1 hour.
A standard consultation can take between 20 - 30 minutes.

Consultations can be extended if needed or necessary. If on your first consultation you feel you will need longer than an hour, please contact me and I can make a booking to suit your needs.
